So great for embarrassing dry mouth
I wasn't sure what to expect with these. I get extremely dry mouth when I am in stressful situations, even if it's something I don't think should be stressful. No amount of drinking water or mints or gum helps. Along with the dry mouth I lick my lips a lot, which creates a vicious circle where I am getting "dry" saliva on my lips and it quickly becomes kind of gooey, so I'm then wiping my mouth, which makes me self conscious and it keeps going. It's very embarrassing in social situations. Chatgpt (my new best friend) gave me a good explanation of the stress response and made some suggestions what to use. When I came to Amazon to look for those products, this popped up so I thought I would give it a try. I am very surprised to say it works. Not 100% but I would say around 90% which is a huge improvement. I just pop one in my mouth before or during one of those stressful situations. It discreetly attaches to my gum and lightly coats the inside of my mouth. The disc itself lasts about an hour and the moisture level after wards is about the same, so generally enough to get me through a stressful situation. I have also used it at night and it has helped so I'm not waking up with dry mouth. Will definitely keep this in stock for myself.

Say Goodbye to Dry Mouth!
Perfect relief from dry mouth. So easy to use as it adheres to your mouth. You can put one in and go to sleep without fear of it coming loose and causing accidental choking. It is effective in keeping your mouth lubricated and decreases the risk of tooth decay which leads to more serious health problems. So comfortable , you will forget you have it in. It’s affordable, you can keep them with you wherever you go. Definitely worth the money. Each one last 7-8 hours ensuring a good nights sleep.

I've used and been happy with them for years
I not only like the product but I need it. I sleep with a Cpap mask. When asleep, my mouth drops open so that when I breathe, my mouth dries out. Xylimelts helps in keeping my mouth moist while sleeping. I've used these for several years and have always been pleased. I have one recent concern develop I'm keeping an eye on. One stick on melt has always lasted the night. But with my latest purchase, they seems to dissolve too quickly, than before so that by the time I awaken, my mouth has been dryer that usual. I hope that it's just this lasted purchase and they have not changed the formula or ingredients. I'll need to update at a later time my findings.

best option
This is the best option for dry mouth during sleeping that I've found. Mouth wash does not last as long, lozenges (from various brands) are too sweet and does not melt if you don't play with it. This has a very very subtle sweetness just so it is bearable, but is not too strong. It sticks to your gum line quite well and provides "timed release" effectiveness.

Works Okay, Hurts My Gums Though
Works decently. Good for occasional use but it hurts my gums since it's so hard. But I have dental issues so I don't know if it's that or not. Additonally, the instructions for having it stick isn't quite right. It moves even after ten seconds. It sticks really well, but takes longer to do so than stated. Typically I kept it on my gums and adjusted it if it moved until it finally stuck after a minute maybe. Honestly, I prefer gum. I used this when doing a call center job. Did the trick and prevented weird noises associated with gum and lozenges. But if you don't work that kind of job, gum or lozenges is probably better. Sugarfree would be best to protect your teeth.

This product worked to alleviate my dry mouth when mouth washes, lozenges and sprays never did
I had dry mouth at night so bad that I'd wake up with my tongue sore from sticking to the roof of my mouth, and many of my favorite foods started tasting bad. My doctor asked me why I had lost so much weight and I said because nothing tastes good! He said he had the same problem and recommended this product. It really worked! I probably still have dry mouth, but not so much that my tongue is sore all the time, and food tastes good again! btw, I think the reason my dry mouth got so bad was another doctor over-prescribing vitamin D. I have to take it for my osteoporosis, but I don't need nearly as much as I was taking. I still haven't figured out the optimal amount of vitamin D to take, but this product was a lifesaver!

Dry mouth due to CPAP? This is for you.
My mom complains about her mouth being extremely dry when she wakes up from using her CPAP machine. I saw the reviews and ratings on this product and bought it for my mom and she said it helped! She didn't have dry mouth the next morning.
