It's half the size of its clunky predecessor. Easy set up. Super pleased.

These transmitters are reasonably priced. The battery is easy to replace and the dip switches to set the gate code are easy to access. Based on my experience the transmitters have a range of about 40 - 50 yards. I have a lot of kids and other family members that come and go through my gate, so I have purchased at least seven or eight of these transmitters for the members of my family. I would give the transmitters five stars, but one of them failed to operate. All of the other remotes function as they should. MRC

Only opener you can use for garage door openers that cannot be automatically programmed Just have to read code on rear of installed overhead opener and put that code into new hand held opener.

We had tried a different remote that didn't work to control the gate. These are truly 318 hz openers that use 9 switches. Most importantly it's the 3 positional switches. Simply install the battery, set the switches and install the visor clip - it's really that easy!UPDATE - it's not even been a full 2 months and one of the four units I purchased has failed. Buyer beware. So now I've had to purchase an additional replacement unit - sure hope it lasts longer!

Bought two and both were easy to program for gate. Just no problems.

I was expecting this to be big and bulky like my original ones in my HOA. This one is very compact. It works so much better than the original remotes. By the time I get to the gate it’s open now instead of having to be right on top of my gate with my old remote. Customer service was excellent! I ended up purchasing four more

Have the perfect amounts of dip switches, 9 an it goes up, down and also in the middle for neutral, it has very low range tho
