Shower Flow Control Valve, APLusee Brass Water Pressure Regulator with On Off Adjustable Switch Lever for Universal Shower Head and Arm, Chrome

Have had dripping shower for a while. Replaced cartridge, which unfortunately failed to do the trick. This was, by far, the most economical next step. Works well in all regards. Installation consisted of taking the shower head off, wrapping the two male threads lightly with nylon plumbers tape, and threading this in-line between the shower head and the pipe coming from the wall.Worked like a charm. Spouse agrees that it is quite easy to turn on and off as well.E.T.A.: No noticeable reduction in water flow with our shower head....

Had installed a plastic version from and different company for the same purpose, as soon as that one was out of the package I knew it would fail quickly. It did, and I purchased this product as a replacement.Very easy to install, quality is high and it works well. I really like the sliding feature to control flow. Solid product.

Adding on/off switch to the shower head changes the whole experience. Water temperature stays constant. We’ll worth the cost.

Bought these to regulate the high water pressure we have in our new house. I like pressure but my wife does not. These allow us to adjust the shower head pressure to our individual liking. Lever moves smoothly and the nickel finish i ordered matches well with our Delta fixtures. Only complaint i have is the rubber gasket that was included was poor quality or damaged on two of the three i ordered. Resulting in terrible leaks after i installed. A quick trip to hardware store and 3 good quality gaskets ($2.50 ) fixed the issue but it was a trip i didn't plan on having to make.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this because my sons shower has a 3-way valve for his shower/handheld/tub faucet. The shower would run just a little whenever the tub faucet was on which was annoying because it would splash off the faucet in his face and all over the floor if the curtain wasn’t closed. This was easy to install and turned off the shower head completely. If he wants to shower it’s an easy slide switch to turn on... low to medium to high....It was very easy to install and did what it was supposed to do. In the video it shows dripping for awhile but it completely stopped.I used pipe thread tape... I’m not sure of that is necessary but seems like it would help prevent leaking at the threads and it was cheap and easy... (what do I know? Disclaimer: I’m just a single mom and healthcare provider so I know nothing about plumbing. I’m just figuring everything out on my own and sharing my experience...I’m going to use it in my shower too because the pressure is too much and stings sometimes!

Helps me shower. I am handicap and am unable to shut off the water from the wall. I have this hooked onto my hand sprayer. I can shut it off from my seat

Works smoothly. Installed easily with no leaks (I used PTFE tape at the joints. Excellent brass finish.

This product exceeded my expectations. Easy to turn off/on with its left/right on/off movement.
