NHH 12 Inches Healing Mantra Carved Meditation Tibetan Singing Bowl, Hand Hammered Singing Bowls with Cushion & Mallet Striker

Purchased for my wife as a gift. It's absolutely beautiful and the craftmanship is excellent. Just a stunning piece.

My bowl came with some small cracks. One in the bottom and one on the lower side. I confirmed these by putting water in the bowl. In a very short time I had drops of water coming from these. Needless to say I am disappointed that this particular bowl was sent to me. I have not made a decision if it is worth the hassle of trying to exchange it. On the positive side, the bowl has a nice deep tone when struck. Ok so I decided to return the bowl. To my pleasant surprise, it was very easy to do and they replaced my bowl very fast. My new bowl is perfect. Very satisfied. The bowl is truly amazing.

The 12" is the only one of the larger three that is diameter as described. The sound with all three is wonderful. The workmanship on the 11" and 12" is shoddy. Perhaps that is normal for the two larger bowls. For $260 the packing was barely okay and the box really beaten up. I do not think there was any damage in transit. My thinking is the appearance of an apprentice's craftmanship. As with almost all Amazon shipping the bowls arrived before the earliest promised date.

Very elegant looking bowl. Some of the design work looks like it wasn't completed - just outlines of text with no coloration. Bowl is nice and heavy, but hard to get to sing without tipping over. When struck, it emits wonderful tones....depending on where you hit it - some places sounds like im striking a gong, other places sounds like im hitting a tin can. Still playing around with it, maybe there's a key to playing it i haven't figured out yet, but so far, it's one of the hardest bowls to 'sing' out of my collection. I also own a 10 inch, 7 inch, and 3.25 inch metal singing bowls and a 16" and 14" quartz singing bowls.

Fast and excellent service. The 12 inch Singing Bowl is in excellent condition, sounds deep and clear, perfect pitch as well as lasting sustain.Worth much more to me than they are charging.

Looks very elegant. I'll be able to also use it for a decorative piece. It has a long sustain strike sound but playing it by swirling the stick around produces no sound.
