Mestrength Electrolyte Drink Mix - A Naturally Flavored, Sugar Free, Hydration Powder (Mixed Flavors, 10 Single Serve Stick Packs)

i love this hydration drink. I was having stomach cramping after running when the weather started to get humid. Realized that I was getting dehydrated, so I started taking Mestrength and the cramping went away completely. I actually like the taste of these drinks. I bought a mixed pack and thought that all the flavors tasted great, especially when compared to other drinks like Nuun. The only concern I have is the cost, it's more expensive than Gatorade in a bottle. I run almost daily so the cost is a barrier for me. I will be switching between this and Nuun, which is 1/3 the price or less. One other note is on the creatine which is supposed to help with muscle recovery and soreness... I drank Mestrength for 2 full weeks, I think there was some reduction in muscle soreness, but not significant... But I'm almost 50 so I assume running comes with some next day soreness!

Get the small sample pack ($17.99 for 10 packets) and I loved it. Great flavor choices. I'm not an athlete just do some walking on a treadmill.Pros: flavors, is all natural, sugar free and based on what other people comment it does what it is suppose to do.Cons: only one, the price. If you are an athlete, hunter, etc. get it, but if your are an average joe like me looking for a good sugar free electrolyte drink buy Ultima Replenisher. For 23.99 you get 90 servings and this is far better price than Mestrength or Powerate zero

I absolutely love this product! The flavors are excellent (Grape is my favorite) and have more of a tart taste than a sweet taste which is perfect for before, during or after a good workout. They are easy to keep in my purse and bring to work without having to worrying about carrying a heavy water/water bottle with me all day. I am very active and participate in many types of activities - from running, spinning and barre classes. MeStrength gives me the hydration and strength that I need to feel good during and after any of these workouts. Highly recommend!

It's a perry good product! You can Easlt tell if the product is working. Everyone's different but I could fill that I didn't get as tired and soar at the end of the day! And I did more than I could while drinking this product. It's alittle pricy but great, I would also recommend the strawberry kiwi flavor....they tend to taste alittle sour at the beginning

I thought I would try this product because I don't mind a good drink mix to help me hydrate throughout the day. The lime drink mix was extremely bitter and I wasn't that impressed. I am willing to try it again, but my first thoughts are that its just average. I also had this drink during my workout and while I played basketball. Not very impressive.

Though expensive for quantity, the quality was excellent. The taste is a bit strong, but starts to taste better after you sweat. It does a good job replacing essential body minerals -- better than your average bottled Gatorade or power, though much more expensive.

Overall a nice product. Would be 5*s except that the sizing is off for most of my water bottles (16 or 32 oz versus the 20 recommended). Flavours are good (slightly different from the norm) -- works well for me.

This will be a keeper in my workout arsenal. Low calorie but great flavor and refreshing during and after working out. Gave one to my friend, he didn't like it, said it was sour tasting. I disagree. I am not a fan of overly sweet drink mixes and this one is VERY lightly sweet, more tart to me which I like. Reminds me of those sweet tart candies. Good balance of electrolyte minerals and creatine.
