I made it work but the kit seemed incomplete. It needed straws to blow up the shark balloons and a balloon garland strand. The white and blue balloons were much smaller than the rest of the balloons but there were a lot of balloons to make a nice garland.

Everything atrived nicely packaged and looked exactly like the picture. The quality was great and the banner was made of a stronger tagboard style paper. Just a nitpicky thing, the marbled balloons were tough to inflate and tie. The neck of these balloons were shorter and a lot stiffer compared to the others. Overall, I was very happy with the purchase and my two year old loved the shark balloons!

The shark balloons didn’t have proper holes and could not be inflated at all. The regular balloons were smellier that other balloons I have purchased, unsure of the material. They also popped very easily and were poor quality although the colors were lovely. There was no assembly. It was just loose balloons and a banner. No plastics to help arrange into shapes or arch at all.

Perfect, I just love this! Arrives just as pictured, none of the balloons popped and are great quality. Banner is really cute, I highly recommend this for any shark theme parties you may have!!
