My grenade arrived on time and looks to be intact. I have not taken it out of its bag nor looked inside this grenade as I don't want it falling apart so with that in mind.. It is a LOT smaller than I guessed so its surprising that there is all this stuff in it. I will be changing the carabiner as suggested by someone else as the one that is on it does not seem that sturdy. It will be a welcome addition to my emergency pack.

Definitely not a complete survival kit, but this Survival Grenade has a lot of items in a small package, and is a great deal for the price (purchased for under $7). The carabiner is not good quality and should not be relied upon for heavy weight, but it does the job attaching to a pack, bag, or belt. The included ferro rod, tinder, foil, basic fishing kit, blade, and para cord are all great items to have in any emergency or survival kit. Again, it's a great little kit for the price.

After exchanging the carabiner for a real one that can be used in REAL emergency, this tool will hang inside my pack, so the sun rays never touch it. As the cord is very sensitive to x-rays,infra-reds and light.Thank you for this.

I'm very happy with the quality and size of the survival grenade. I purchased this specifically because of the survival fishing gear and fire starter. The rope is tightly wrapped around the contents and the key chain for easy carrying was a great idea. I have not unwrapped the cord because I'd never get it put together again...at least not as compact. But I'm pleased with my purchase.

I think I will like it just fine. I bought it to put in one of our 72-hour kits. I haven't wanted to open it until I need it since I want to be able to put it together again without problems. I'm really happy to have found it on Amazon and get it into one of our kits.

UPDATE AGAIN FOR THE 5th time !! Now some reason Amazon won't let me show the pic of the defective item seems they protect there sellers more than there customers smh . Do not buy this item total junk they need to upgrade the carabiner before they even think about selling this item . That is y it is so Ceap .Not only the paracord started un raveling the carabiner broke I barely even carry this paracord Grenade I only carry it on my key chain . Had it only for a week of carry and already started to fall apart very displeased. I had to fix it just to carry again smh .They sent me two free Grenade paracords for free because of the issue I had . Excellent customer service! I will be a returning customer...stars is change to 3 because of customer service. But the paracord Grenade was still faulty , but that is to be expected from just about any company there will be a dud everyonce in awhile specially if u pay for something cheap the more cheap something is the likelyness for a dud is high . All that being said I'm still pleased .

Compact size is great but I wish that the company had gone with more practical gear inside it. Better to have one decent sized hook, sinker, bobber, line etc, that would serve a greater number of potential customers than what I found once I finally reached the contents inside.. There is a small hook and a tiny baby hook, small cheap plastic bobbers, and small sinkers that are extremely difficult to attach. I have small hands, and it took me a great deal of time to set up one line. Of course once I started to unravel the paracord in order to check the "gear", it became very clear that attempting to put everything back into the grenade properly was impossible for me to do. The only instructions were inside with the fishing gear.

Product is an awesome idea. I love it, however, I have not used it so I don't know about its contents quality. The braiding is coming lose while it's attached to my day pack and normal use. I had to rebraid and burn the ends together so the contents wouldn't fall out.
