USB C Hub, USB C Adapter with 4 USB 3.0 Ports, High Speed Aluminum Data Hub Compatible with MacBook Pro, USB Type C Devices

As my new laptop ònly came with 2 USB ports and 1 USB C port this little device has given me plenty of ports for all of my devices. Tried a data transfer from a USB flash stick to a USB hard disk and it was pretty quick, I also noticed that the stability of the transfer was really stable, I'm well impressed so far so would definitely recommend this item.

Very well build, also very fast. Decent speeds using my external ssd. Also very affordable.

This thing is a lifesaver. I brought a Mac without realising just how many connection points they stripped away (when it's charging I literally only have 1 usb-c port free!).This is a well made and effective price of kit andi can't recommend it enough. It looks great too.

145mm includes the entire USB-C connector, even the bit that ends up buried inside your computer. It is far more normal to measure cable length as the actual cable and not to include the connector. I might be able to forgive them if they didn't include the bit inside the computer, but either way whilst 145mm would have been enough if it had been the cable sadly it is not enough for my use of the device when it includes the entire USB-C connector.The device itself operates fine, not much to say really. It would have got a rating for travelling if they had included a pouch to put it in.

I used this to extend the number of USB ports on my work laptop (a ThinkPad). My only drawback was that my laptop sits on a stand at work and that means this dongle dangles from the USB C port, and after a while this was causing connectivity issues. I remedied this with a strip of velcro along the dongle and the back of the laptop screen, and now it is held firmly in place.

The product seemed like a decent purchase at first, I was impressed at how quickly it came and how it looked when I had opened it, however when it came to using it I had noticed a few issues.These issues being that the connection was constantly interrupted and when I went to move my mouse I saw that the curser hadn't moved in a smooth motion but instead a rough and jumpy moment devoid of all the elegance of a simple straight line, I have tried a few of the slots to see if it was just an issue with one of them only to find out that the other ports would do the same if at all move.Overall I am unhappy with the product but I am going to try to return it and have it replaced in hopes that it was a faulty one and not an error in the whole product.

I purchased this for my MacBook Pro so I could use it to allow me to use my usb devices with ease.The adapter is perfect for allowing me to quickly plug in my memory card and transfer photos onto my usb stick.

I originally bought this to go with my tablet so I could set up my laptop with a keyboard and mouse to do school-work with, and it turned out to be pretty good at the job. Fast data transfer and easy setup (it's a USB dongle, kind of hard to mess up).My only problem is that the cable doesn't bend very well, making it hard to compact for travel, needing a lot of lengths but not width, thanks to the slim design.If there was a way to somehow either make the wire bend easier or have it fold into the body, It would be perfect in my oppinion.
