If you need a 6-to-4 reducer, I'm not sure you could do any better. This is extremely well made and does the job. Very impressed.

We needed a 4" to 6" connection when we were installing an external fan to a laser cutting machine we are using in the house and venting to outside. Both the 4" and 6" ducting was very difficult to work onto the ends, but callouses and perseverance go us through and eventually we were able to work it down well enough. We secured it with metal bands and sealed with aluminum tape. That ducting is never coming off. It would have been helpful if the connections were just a hair smaller. But other than that, it is a well made, quality product.

Reducer worked great quality sheet metal part.NOTE: This is not crimped on either side you will need to crimp it to fit inside of the mating pipe if needed.

A very well made duct reducer with accurate fittings and measurements. The thickness is decent and looks like a long lasting piece.

Will not work with plastic dust fittings.

A lot shorter than the ones I can get at the local hardware store, which for me is a good thing. Not much to go wrong with this.
