Best ever I have tried.
I have tried many things thru the years and think these work better than anything I have tried including Estradoil prescribed by dr. I use every 3-4 days and always stay naturally moist.

Expensive, but they work
These work pretty well. I use one insert once per week, simply to add moisture post-menopause. If you're sexually active, then you likely will want to use more often. My ob/gyn recommended this brand. Yes, they are expensive, but they work. My only negative is they are a little messy in the morning when you wake up and start moving around. Whatever didn't absorb starts leaking out, so definitely wear a panty liner when using these.

It can cause irritation in some like me
Used it with success for a couple of months and then developed an adverse reaction, burning and irritation. It’s not returnable. So $149 down the drain
