I have had an EXCALIBUR for a year and am so happy I spent the extra $$. This book has so many good ideas and recipes. I recommend this to any dehydrator owner.

There quick introduction chapter and one familiarizing the user with the accessories and directions, then it’s full of easy recipes with easy to source ingredients. Many of the ingredients I already have in my pantry or grew in my garden.

I bought only because I have an Excalibur dehydrator. Thought it would add on nicely with the book I received with my unit. Wasnt impressed by it really. Seemed to be a lot of repeat info with some extra recipes thrown in. If you're an experienced dehydrator....you may very will be unimpressed like I was.

Received this today as a gift from my daughter. The book is nicely laid out and very informative. I would recommend it.

There are quite a number of misprints in this book, and some of the quantities in the recipes are not sensible. I kept it though, as the recipes are a good launching off point, and one can always make adjustments. I’m glad to have a cookbook to go with my dehydrator.

Best Excalibur food dehydrator recipe book EVER (in my humble opinion)! Kudos to the author!

I was able to turn 5 dozen eggs into powdered eggs to add to my pancake mix, put in several breads & boost the protein content in several dishes. It's a wonderful investment, whether preserving/storing food for one person or half a dozen!

I bought the recipe book to give me more ideas on how to better utilize my dehydrator machine. As my machine didn’t come with one, I felt I needed to learn more on other ways to use it. Super easy to read and use.
