Marine Collagen Nurture Complex offers a unique combination of ingredients specifically developed for skin, hair and nails. The active combination includes hydrolysed marine collagen (type-1) sourced from wild Atlantic cod caught in a natural environment. Hyaluronic acid, which occurs naturally in our skin is also included. We have also added a skin care vitamin and mineral combination in the capsule as well which includes vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and copper. The ingredients are enclosed in an easy to take vegetarian capsule shell. Use - Take 2 or 3 capsules an hour before bedtime. Allergy advise – contains fish. Suitable for pescatarians.

Great idea, contains numerous vitamins to help the body, worth a try!
have previously had fantastic results from a collagen powder that I had to mix into a drink an hour before bed so as I was about to run out I thought I’d give these a try hoping that my previous improvement would continue, however I have to be honest and say that it hasn’t taking only 2 tablets a day and I feel that both my skin, hair and nails have begun to deteriorate back to their former level. I have now upped the amount I am taking to 3 capsules a day in the hope that I was simply not taking enough.The capsules come in a lovely shaped flat pot which easily slots into my bedside cabinet which is far better than the usual round pots that lots of supplements come in. I originally took 2 tablets a day an hour before bed as it recommends (although possibly I needed 3 and that could be why I didn’t see better results and as it does say take 2-3 I have now upped my intake) they are not tiny capsules but are very soft and easy to swallow and there is no taste or aftertaste to them which is a plus.I particularly chose these as they not only contain Collagen, but they also have Hyaluronic Acid, vitamins C and E, Zinc, Copper and a skin care vitamin which seems like a great combination for skin hair and nails.I do have to chuckle at the fact that they are in a vegetarian shell when the collagen is are sourced from Cod as I don’t know of any vegetarians that consume fish products, but it does state in smaller print that they are suitable for pescatarians which is a much better statement.It should also be noted that these capsules have a best before date of December 2020 although if you plan to take them immediately then as of today (August) this isn’t a problem, but worth noting if you are reading this review later in the year.I would recommend trying these capsules for yourself as with any product each individual person will have a different reaction and for that reason I have given them a 4 star rating, if my experience improves on the higher amount of capsules I will return and up my rating, but this may solely be that my body doesn’t get on with this particular capsule.

everyone needs extra collagen
In my opinion marine collagen is the better of the 2 types. Made from fish.I've been using collagen for a few years now, and when I dont use it in my 40s I notice a difference in my skin.The benefits are clearly obvious and my skin is way softer, smoother especially my legs and neck area.The tablets are of medium size, yet easy to swallow.I've been taking these for a week now in replacement of my old tablets, and my skin has remained smooth. People say I look 10 years younger than my age, and its not what you put on your body, its what you put in it !!These have worked a treat, I've had no nasty side effects or anything from them. In fact, they also aid in my IBS and since I've started taking collagen I'm able to go more frequently, another positive side effect.I'd recommend collagen for everyone, but leave some left for me !!

Worked for me! Provides 3-4 week supply.
Good packaging - letterbox size is always a bonus! I feel like I’m starting to see results already, after just a few weeks of use. It could be my imagination but I’m convinced my face feels smoother, and less dry. I didn't change anything else in my diet or skincare routine. I eat fish, but not very often as I’m not a huge fan of the taste, so this could be why I’ve seen quick results.I’ve had no unwanted side effects from taking these capsules, and they were easy to swallow - the capsule isn’t super small but it is soft. I didn't notice any aftertaste or nausea. I've been taking 3 capsules a day, just before bed, which gave me a 3 week supply (you can also take 2 a day which will last approx a week longer.) As someone who takes quite a lot of supplements, it was nice to have quite specific instructions as to when the capsules should be taken. Please note that there is a short expiration date (Dec 2020) on these capsules.

Unwanted ingredient
Pro I like the the slim packaging, the capsules are easy to swallow, there is no flavour,not only does it have collagen there are other minerals and the fact it has vitamin c as vitamin c is known to enhance absorption of other supplements and plant foods.Cons, has a short expiration date which doesn’t appear to match the cost of the product. The container only has 60 tablets. The instructions are very limited as it tells you to take 2-3 capsules all at once approximately 1 hour before before bed, but how would a person know if they need 2 or 3. If I took 3 at night then the bottle would only last 20 days. I understand that the wrost case scenario is a person would need to use collagen for a minimum of 40 days to see results. The most worrying ingredients is Maltodextrin as it has a GI of anywhere between 106 to 136, which means it can spike your blood sugar levels really quickly and faster than glucose. This is a sweetener I try and avoid at all cost and would definitely would not want to use a supplement with it a night.

A good value supplement
I have always wanted to try a collagen supplement so thought I would order these to give them a try. They are a Collagen supplement with added vitamin C, vitamin E, Zinc and Copper. This supplement is aimed at improving skin, hair and nails. The hydrolysed Collagen is sourced from North Atlantic Cod so therefore not vegetarian. This is a supply of 60 capsules with a recommended dosage of 2-3 capsules taken daily, so at 2 a day this pack would last a month. They come in a very nice flatish container that fits easily into a drawer or cabinet, much better than a bulky round bottle. Now, I have only been taking these for a couple of weeks so am unable to say that I have seen an improvement, I am thinking that one would have to take these for a longer period to see benefits, but I would say that the overall ingredients would indicate a benefit for overall health. I think these seem good quality supplements and are very good value for money and well worth a go.
